Hal BARTON

Hal Barton was born in Adelaide in 1927 and studied at the S.A. School Of Arts and Crafts. He has held many solo shows at mainstream galleries in Adelaide, Melbourne and other Australian cities. His works were included in the Australian Art Expo Show to the USA in 1985.

Prizes and awards include the Noosa Rotary (4 times), the Bundaberg (twice), the Caloundra, and Redcliffe prizes.

Works are represented in institutional, corporate, and private collections here and overseas.
