Nick Howson arrived in Australia in 1970 and took a diploma of Fine Arts in 1986. Since 1988 Howson has held over 15 solo exhibitions and participated in more than 20 group exhibitions. Soecial commissions include Australian Open Tennis Poster
Prahran Market Mural. National Gallery of Australia, Restaurant Mural. In 2005 he was an artist in residence at Bundanon in NSW, the property gifted to the nation by Arthur Boyd. His work has been written up in numerous media articles and has appeared as the illustration for many book covers and posters.
